OCI (Operational Clarity Index) is a downloadable digital product delivered as an Excel/VBA-based toolkit and related digital files. No physical product is shipped.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for their own internal business or personal use. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the product files with third parties.
All intellectual property rights in the product, including workbook structure, VBA logic, report design, branding, text, and supporting files, remain with the seller unless explicitly transferred in writing.
The product is delivered digitally after successful payment through the selling platform. Delivery may include downloadable files, access instructions, and supporting documentation.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their device and Microsoft Excel environment support macro-enabled workbook usage. The product may require macro permissions and compatible desktop Excel features.
Standard support is limited to reasonable assistance related to access, download, and basic product use, unless a separate service agreement is offered. Customization, consulting, setup, integration, or training are not included unless explicitly listed.
The buyer agrees not to use the product in unlawful ways, not to attempt reverse engineering for redistribution purposes, and not to remove ownership notices or licensing information from the distributed files.
OCI is designed to support analysis and managerial interpretation. The seller does not guarantee specific operational, financial, production, or improvement outcomes from use of the product.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. The buyer is responsible for reviewing outputs before making operational or business decisions.
The seller may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
